Supervisory Staff Management
Louis Constant, who is Director of Operations and Sales, guides Chaps Security Services. Although we are fairly new in this arena, we are fully prepared to undertake your security needs. Louis is responsible for Requests for Bids (RFP), free assessment evaluations of security needs, and all aspects of staffing, supervision and putting our services in place upon awarding of contract.

Staff Training
Security Officers are carefully pre-employment screened and background checked. Our Staff is prepared for armed and unarmed general security work. We have a comprehensive and professional development process that includes self defense, public relations and behavioral analysis, which trains our security personnel on how to identify individuals displaying deceptive behavior before they actually commit a crime.

Free Security Assessment and Estimate Process
All requests for information are responded to quickly. Once details are covered via either E-mail, phone call or direct site or office visit, an experienced security appraiser will arrange a visit to the site in question in order to assess client needs and to make valuable suggestions based on previous and similar circumstances, free of charge. A written bid will then be presented and negotiated to mutual satisfaction. Once the contract is signed, sufficient personnel will be assigned to cover the needs and conditions of the contracting party and a schedule of services will be provided prior to the start of work.
